Meet the Owner

Hi, I'm Cheyenne! I'm the proud owner and founder of Pure Equine Performance Therapy LLC, and my passion for horses goes far beyond the saddle.

As a lifelong equestrian and Third Level dressage rider, I've experienced firsthand just how important it is to keep our equine partners feeling comfortable, moving freely, and performing at their best. Whether they're competitive athletes, retired companions, or simply our beloved four-legged best friends, I believe every horse deserves to feel their best.

My journey into equine bodywork began with my own horse, Amador Rey, who suffered an injury that ultimately led to his retirement from competition at just 11 years old. Through his recovery, I discovered the potential benefits of MagnaWave PEMF therapy and developed a deeper appreciation for the role supportive therapies can play in a horse's overall wellness. That experience inspired me to turn my passion for horses into a career dedicated to helping others.

Today, I am a Certified Equine Massage Specialist, Certified MagnaWave Practitioner, and trained in equine kinesiology taping. I combine my hands-on experience as a rider and horse owner with my education in equine bodywork to provide individualized care tailored to each horse's unique needs.

 

After relocating from Wisconsin to Jacksonville, Florida, I am excited to continue growing Pure Equine Performance Therapy and serving horses and their owners throughout North and Central Florida.

At Pure Equine, my goal is simple: to support your horse's comfort, mobility, recovery, and overall well-being through compassionate, personalized care.

I understand that our horses aren't just animals — they're our partners, teammates, family members, and often our greatest teachers. That's why I approach every session with the same care, patience, and attention to detail that I would want for my own horse.
